Main Street Title, LLC
Business Spotlight of the Week
April 30, 2018
The Bonham Chamber of Commerce would like to use this spotlight article to introduce a new business. Main Street Title, LLC received their license from the Texas Department of Insurance in April. They have just opened their location in a renovated 1860’s building at 125 E 5th, in Bonham! The Chamber was honored to celebrate with a ribbon cutting on Thursday, April 26th. Main Street Title provides a full range of services for residential and commercial real estate transactions. Their goal is to assist our community in any of its real estate needs.
Though the business is new, the faces will be familiar. Main Street Title currently has two founders, with plans to hire as they grow. Clint Backus and Deana Staton were both born and raised in the Bonham area. Main Street Title is locally owned and operated. Deana Staton previously worked for Cole Title from 1999-2015, later at Legend Bank, and then served as Operations Manager for a National Title Company before forming Main Street Title with business partner Clint Backus. Clint spent over 25 years in the technology sector. He recently sold a mobile app company before beginning this new venture. The team rounds out with David Herbert, a licensed real estate attorney with over 30 years of experience, and Dianna Herbert, who handles all the administrative duties for the firm.
If you missed the ribbon cutting, or just want to know more, you can contact the office by calling them at 903-583-1112, swing by at 125 E 5th St. or find them online at www.mstitleco.com. Or, you might run into either Deana or Clint as they continue their community activities. Deana was awarded 2016 Volunteer of the Year and currently serves on the Chamber board as Chair Elect. Both are members of local churches and have helped lead local Boy Scout troops. Clint served in the U.S. Army.
Main Street Title’s Spotlight week of April 30th is a great time to get to know the new business on the block. The Chamber looks forward to serving them for many years to come. Main Street - the heart of every town.
